About the Role
As an Operations Team Member, you will be responsible for a variety of duties including providing courteous service to guests, enforcing facility policies, assisting with event setup and takedown, monitoring play areas, and ensuring the safety and well-being of participants. You will work in a fast-paced environment and be an active part of the conversion process before, during, and after events.
About You
Required:
- Ability to work with a wide variety of ages from preschool through adult.
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to maintain focus in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Must have excellent guest service skills.
- Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in stressful situations.
- Respectful and friendly demeanor towards athletes, guests, and team members.
- Ability to work well with others and take personal initiative.
Preferred:
- General sports knowledge.
- Ability to work electric scoreboard.
