Summary
TRP Infrastructure Services is seeking an Operator- Pavement Marking to join their Highway Striping Team in Conway, SC. The role involves installing pavement marking materials and ensuring compliance with safety and quality guidelines.
About the Role
As a Pavement Markings Operator, you will work with a highway striping crew to install thermoplastic and waterborne paint, perform equipment maintenance, and adhere to safety policies. You will be trained to operate various equipment and will be responsible for maximizing production while ensuring quality standards are met.
About You
Required:
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic.
- Must pass pre-employment background checks for criminal record, driving record, and controlled substance/drug testing.
- Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and experience working with mechanics.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in pavement marking, highway construction, asphalt paving, or a related field.
- CDL license is preferred.
- Knowledge and ability to adapt to the latest technology, including smart phones and applications.
