About the Role
As an Operator, Bakery–Ingredient Prep, you will be responsible for measuring, weighing, labeling, and preparing ingredients according to product recipes while ensuring compliance with traceability. You will maintain inventory levels, support continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient batch flow. Additionally, you will maintain a clean and safe work environment following GMPs and food safety standards.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to understand and follow recipes and product specifications.
- Minimum 6 months of general labor experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in basic math with strong reasoning abilities.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in a fast-paced production or packing environment.
- Experience working with GMPs, food safety programs, or AOE systems.
- Strong attention to detail in traceability and documentation processes.
