About the Role

As an Operator I, you will be responsible for fabricating high-quality o-rings and endless belts using automated equipment, following work instructions, and maintaining a clean work environment. You will also perform monthly preventive maintenance on equipment and adhere to environmental, health, and safety policies.

About You

Required:

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
Minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing work and machine operation environment.
Ability to demonstrate good mechanical aptitude and skills.

Preferred:

2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Tow motor license (training provided by Fenner Precision Polymers).
