Summary
MacroSource LLC is seeking an Operator to join their team in Shakopee, MN. The role involves ensuring the efficient transfer of custom-blended liquid fertilizers and performing general maintenance tasks.
About the Role
As an Operator at MacroSource, you will be responsible for using approved tools and methods, operating skid steers and bulk-conveying equipment, and adhering to safety and company guidelines. Your role is crucial in maintaining the quality and efficiency of fertilizer production.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of industrial operations experience and process equipment knowledge.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as climbing stairs and standing for extended periods.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred:
- Experience driving a forklift and willingness to learn to operate other equipment.
- Familiarity with pumps, valves, fittings, and liquid tanks.
- Experience working with hazardous and nonhazardous chemicals.
