Summary
EyeCare Partners is seeking an Ophthalmic Photographer to join their team in Columbus, OH. The role involves assisting ophthalmologists in providing excellent patient care and performing preliminary testing.
About the Role
As an Ophthalmic Photographer, you will facilitate patient flow, assist doctors in preliminary testing, verify medical and vision insurances, and communicate effectively with patients and staff. You will be responsible for recording patient data in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and performing various diagnostic tests. Training is provided, and no prior medical or eye care experience is required.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excitement to learn and grow.
Preferred:
- One year of related experience and/or training.
- Current Certified Ophthalmic Assistant (COA) or Certified Ophthalmic Technician (COT) certification.
