About the Role
As an Ophthalmology Veterinary Technician, you will assist with consultations, patient exams, and advanced ophthalmic procedures. Your responsibilities will include performing diagnostics, preparing and maintaining specialized microsurgical instruments, monitoring anesthesia and post-operative recovery, educating clients on treatment plans, and collaborating with the team on the care of hospitalized patients.
About You
Required:
- 2+ years of hands-on veterinary technician experience.
- Strong skills in anesthesia monitoring.
- Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role.
Preferred:
- CVT, LVT, or VTS certification.
- Enthusiasm to learn and grow within Veterinary Ophthalmology.
- Detail-oriented, compassionate, and collaborative team player.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
