About the Role
As an Optician I, you will help patients find the best options in frames and lenses to suit their lifestyle needs. Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance benefits, selecting and ordering eyewear, making small repairs, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
About You
Required:
- Optical experience is highly preferred.
- Strong customer service skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in a retail or healthcare environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
