About You
Required:
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) Degree from an accredited institution.
- License in good standing to practice Optometry in the state of practice.
- National Provider Identification (NPI).
- TPA License.
Preferred:
- Prior clinical optometry experience in a retail, educational, or medical office setting.
