About the Role
As an Optometrist, you will review Veterans' medical records, perform thorough eye exams including Visual Field Testing (VFT), and complete evaluation forms via a secure web portal within 24 hours of the exam. This role is focused solely on assessments without treatment or determination responsibilities.
About You
Required:
- Licensed Optometrist.
- Proficient in Visual Field Testing (VFT).
- Credentialed to meet the VA's requirements.
- Skilled in analyzing medical records and exam findings.
Preferred:
- Passionate about serving Veterans.
- Exceptional in both written and oral communication.
- Detail-oriented and capable of submitting forms within required timelines.
