About the Role

As an OR Manager, you will be responsible for stabilizing the team, building a cohesive culture, coordinating patient care and staff services, and implementing process improvements within the OR. You will evaluate staff competencies, ensure compliance with regulations, and mentor staff while managing a department of 55 FTEs and about 10 Operating Rooms.

About You

Required:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
Active RN license required.
Active BLS certification is required.
A minimum of four years of clinical experience including a minimum of two years of related leadership experience is required.

Preferred:

ACLS, NRP, PALS, ENPC, and/or TNCC certifications are strongly preferred.
Extensive clinical, leadership, and high acuity experience.
