About You
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Payroll configuration/integrations.
- Minimum of 4 years of Payroll experience, preferably with Oracle Partners or clients.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a workstream lead on Payroll implementations.
- Ability to travel 10% - 50% based on client needs.
- Active Oracle Cloud Payroll Certification.
- 2+ years' experience using AI-driven tools for payroll optimization.
- 2+ years' experience with Global Payroll solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint with advanced Excel skills.
