About the Role
As the Oracle Cloud Benefits and Compensation Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Cloud Benefits and Compensation solutions. This includes collaborating with HR, Total Rewards, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to implement compliant and scalable programs. Key responsibilities include managing the implementation of Oracle Cloud modules, configuring benefits and compensation plans, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and providing ongoing support and training.
About You
Required:
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, with deep expertise in Benefits and Compensation.
- Hands-on experience configuring Oracle Cloud Benefits and Compensation modules.
- Strong understanding of healthcare benefits programs and Total Rewards practices.
- Knowledge of benefits compliance requirements (HIPAA, ACA, ERISA) and compensation governance.
- Experience with integrations to payroll and benefits vendors.
- Proven ability to lead workstreams and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Oracle Cloud Benefits and/or Compensation certification.
- Experience supporting healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries.
- Familiarity with Payroll, Absence, or Time & Labor modules.
- Experience working in remote or distributed team environments.
