About You
- 6+ years of experience configuring and implementing Oracle HCM Cloud with at least 4 full life cycle implementations.
- 6+ years strong functional and/or technical knowledge of the Oracle HCM Cloud system in Payroll (US).
- 6+ years experience leading teams and ensuring project timelines are met.
- 6+ years of experience managing projects and identifying project issues.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Oracle HCM Cloud Certification(s).
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Modules for additional countries (e.g., Canada, UK, Australia).
- 6+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Modules for additional countries.
- At least 4 years' experience with advanced Excel modeling and developing executive-level PowerPoint presentations.
Benefits
- Competitive salary range of $130,800 to $241,000.
- Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program based on performance.
