EY is seeking an Oracle Applications Technical Consultant - Senior Manager to join their team. The role involves managing relationships with key stakeholders and leading global delivery teams for Oracle Cloud applications.
About the Role
As an Oracle Applications Technical Consultant - Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex full lifecycle initiatives, advising clients on best practices for Oracle applications, and leading teams through project planning, development, and implementation. You will also develop methodologies and tools to differentiate EY in the ERP advisory market and ensure the successful integration of Oracle Cloud applications.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree and approximately 15 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 12 years of related work experience.
- 12-15 years of experience with ERP application implementations as a Technical Lead or similar role, with at least 6 years in a managerial position.
- Multiple full cycle implementations of Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle EBS Applications.
- Proven track record in leading development teams for integration and data migration activities.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of integration tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, or Dell Boomi.
- Experience with Oracle methodologies like OUM or AIM.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client service skills.
- Prior consulting experience with C-Level executives.
