About the Role
As an Oracle Applications Technical Consultant - Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the architecture, design, and technical oversight of complex business initiatives centered around Oracle Cloud. You will manage global delivery teams, guide technology professionals, and assist in developing methodologies and tools to differentiate EY in the ERP advisory market. Your focus will be on improving application performance, reducing costs, and driving thought leadership.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree and approximately 15 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 12 years of related work experience.
- 12-15 years of experience working with ERP application implementations as a Technical Lead, Application Development Lead, or Enterprise Application Integration lead, with at least 6 years in a managerial role.
- Multiple full cycle implementations of Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle EBS Applications.
- Proven track record in leading development teams for integration, data migration, and reports development for Oracle Cloud applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of integration tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, or Dell Boomi.
- Experience with Oracle methodologies such as OUM or AIM.
- Proficient in leveraging Agile methodologies.
