About the Role
About You
- DDS or DMD accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
- Completion of an Oral Surgery and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program.
- ABOMS Certification.
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the state where providing care; license must be in good standing or eligible for licensure.
- Anesthesia license required.
