About the Role
As an Order Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for entering orders from customer purchase orders or processing from EDI. You will act as an interface between customers, planning, production, and shipping departments. Your daily tasks will include posting orders into the ERP system, coordinating with Account Executives and the Sales and Marketing Department regarding incoming orders, and communicating directly with customers about product availability and delivery dates.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
Preferred:
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in transactional processes.
- Strong abilities in conflict resolution.
