About the Role

As an Organ Procurement Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the adult and pediatric organ recovery program's transplant phases of care. This includes managing the organ offer process, coordinating with transplant teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining communication for active cases. You will also participate in the coordination of cadaveric organ donors and ensure safe, quality patient care.

About You

Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in a work-related discipline/field from an accredited college or university.
Five (5) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience or three (3) years with a Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred:

Exceptional communication skills.
Knowledge of thoracic and abdominal organ transplant and organ recovery standards and practices.
Ability to coordinate multiple complex transplant related processes.
