About the Role
As an Organizational Change Manager, you will create strategies to support organizational projects by leveraging change management methodologies. Your responsibilities will include conducting impact analyses, collaborating with project managers, leading training program delivery, and developing change management plans for IT initiatives. You will also define success metrics, monitor change progress, and stay updated with industry best practices.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience required, including 7+ years in a technical environment.
- Solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
- Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
Preferred:
- Previous experience with Agile / SAFe.
- Change management certification (Prosci) is desired.
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
