About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 3+ years of experience or equivalent experience/combined education.
- Knowledge of production manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Experience with Engineering Change Management.
- Experience in evaluating and dispositioning non-conformant hardware.
- Minimum 1 year experience using SAP or similar ERP/MES software for generating manufacturing work instructions.
- Experience with harness assembly, instrumentation, and electrical components installations.
- Experience reviewing engineering drawings and providing technical support to the production floor.
- Experience with configuration management practices and databases such as Windchill or EPDM.
- Experience with CAD/CAM software such as Creo Parametric or similar.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, including technical writing.
- Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office software suite.
- Ability to travel as necessary.
- Availability to adjust schedule to support off-nominal activities.
