About the Role
As an Orthodontic Assistant, you will support the Practice Manager and Clinic Coordinator in maintaining clinic operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting with patient flow, preparing teeth for bonding, taking X-rays, and ensuring the sterilization of instruments. You will also provide excellent customer service, maintain equipment, and assist the Orthodontist during procedures.
About You
Required:
- At least 1 year of dental assisting experience is required (orthodontics preferred).
- Self-motivated, organized, and possess a positive attitude.
- Great understanding of dental terminology.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- Strong public relations skills.
- Ability to work well with patients and team.
- Experience in delivering high-level customer service.
- Commitment to punctuality and flexibility in working hours.
