As an Orthodontic Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing orthodontic office operations, managing budgets, driving innovation through technology integration, ensuring compliance with standards, and fostering a positive team culture. You will also partner with clinical and executive leadership to align departmental operations with practice goals and monitor performance metrics to inform strategy.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required; Graduate degree (MBA, MHA, or related) preferred.
- Proven leadership experience in orthodontics, dentistry, or healthcare operations.
- High emotional intelligence with a track record of motivating and leading teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with business acumen in financial and operational management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient- and family-centered mindset.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with EHR/EDR, practice management software, and digital scheduling systems.
Preferred:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
