- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Graduate of an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Medical Assistant, or Certified Ortho Tech program (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 1+ year of medical office experience.
- Experience with electronic medical records systems (Epic preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
