About the Role
As an Orthopedic Physician Assistant, you will be responsible for first surgical assistance, hospital admissions, inpatient rounds, and comprehensive evaluation and treatment of orthopedic injuries. You will order and interpret lab studies, provide therapeutic treatments, perform minor procedures, and educate patients and families. The position requires maintaining patient confidentiality and documenting encounters according to guidelines.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- NCCPA certified.
- Valid Rhode Island license (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
