About the Role
As an Orthopedic Sales Representative, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, consulting surgeons in the operating room, and maintaining expert-level knowledge of Arthrex's product portfolio. You will develop sales strategies, communicate with customer accounts, identify new prospects, and participate in sales meetings and professional associations.
About You
Required:
- 1-2 years of sales experience in the healthcare field and/or in competitive B2B sales.
- Comfortable in an operating room environment.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in medical sales or related fields.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with ethics and integrity.
