Summary
Paragon IT Professionals is seeking a Technical Support Specialist for a Laptop Upgrade Rollout Specialist role in West Des Moines, IA. The position is a long-term contract with onsite work.
About the Role
As a Laptop Upgrade Rollout Specialist, you will assist with the preparation, configuration, and deployment of upgraded laptops to end-users. You will perform data migration, provide end-user support during and after device rollout, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with IT and project management teams to ensure a smooth rollout process.
About You
Required:
- Proven experience with hardware setup, configuration, and deployment, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong understanding of Windows and/or Mac operating systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to non-technical users.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to thrive under tight deadlines.
