About the Role
As an OSP Construction Project Engineer, you will build relationships with subcontractor partners to facilitate the construction and installation of the network. Your responsibilities include tracking project progress, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating with internal teams on materials and permits. This hybrid position requires frequent onsite presence in Citrus County, FL.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of technical experience in OSP Engineering, Construction, or Operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Valid, fully unencumbered Driver’s License required.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA rules, site safety, and National Electric Safety Code (NESC) requirements.
Preferred:
- Proven project management experience running multiple concurrent projects.
- Experience in the Fiber or Telecom industry.
