About the Role
As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you will perform evaluations and treatments based on physician orders, establish measurable goals, develop treatment plans, maintain communication with the treatment team, and supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants. You will work independently while having team support and contribute to the well-being of patients and families.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an Occupational Therapy Education program approved by CAPTE.
- Current Occupational Therapist licensure in State and American Heart Association CPR certification required.
- Two (2) years of experience in adult occupational therapy.
Preferred:
- Home health experience.
- Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills.
