About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing quality therapy services to individuals in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. Your duties will include conducting evaluations, creating individualized treatment plans, and monitoring patient progress using EMR software. You will have the flexibility to choose your assignments and work schedule, ensuring a balance between professional responsibilities and personal life.
About You
Required:
- Current NYS OT License and Registration
- Valid BLS Certification
- EMR Competence
- Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility
Preferred:
- Experience in providing therapy services for TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, and orthopedic surgery patients.
- Malpractice/Liability Insurance (if applicable)
