About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, creating treatment plans, and providing therapy services to individuals in a skilled nursing facility. You will work with patients who require care for various conditions, including TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson's, and more. The position offers flexibility in scheduling and a seamless onboarding experience.
About You
Required:
- Current NYS OT License and Registration
- Valid BLS Certification
- EMR Competence
- Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility
Preferred:
- Experience in providing therapy services in a skilled nursing facility
- Malpractice/Liability Insurance (if applicable)
