Summary
TALENT Software Services is seeking an OT Pediatrics to join their team in St Cloud, MN. The role involves working with pediatric patients from birth to adolescence with various diagnoses and providing outpatient multidiscipline therapy.
About the Role
As an OT Pediatrics, you will be responsible for working with pediatric patients with conditions such as prematurity, cerebral palsy, and autism spectrum disorder. You will provide therapy in a clinic setting, meet productivity targets, and collaborate with families to educate them on treatment plans. The clinic operates Monday to Thursday from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM and Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in pediatric outpatient therapy.
- BLS certification is required.
- Acute care, outpatient clinic, and pediatric skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with EPIC charting system.
- Proficiency in administering and interpreting PDMS2, BOT2, VMI, and Sensory Profile.
- Experience in teaching and community hospital settings.
- Previous charge experience and experience with trauma levels I and II.
