About the Role
As a Safety Services Worker, you will provide face-to-face contact with families to ensure safety and cooperation with safety plans, evaluate treatment needs, and refer families to appropriate resources. You will analyze client situations to determine necessary services, triage and assess needs, and provide follow-up support. This position requires local travel throughout Outagamie County to complete client visits.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
- Experience working with at-risk families or in a social services environment.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of community resources and support systems.
- Strong crisis intervention and de-escalation skills.
