About the Role
As an Outbound Sales Development Representative, you will partner with Account Executives to help businesses understand the value of Brex as a financial services solution. Your responsibilities will include identifying growing companies, educating them on Brex's offerings, maintaining CRM activity logs, and hitting daily KPIs across various communication channels. This position requires a proactive attitude and a passion for sales, with opportunities to create processes and build pipelines for significant deals.
About You
Required:
- Experience in a general sales role or a related field in hospitality, customer service, etc.
- Ability to proactively engage new clients through email and phone.
- Strong communication skills to clearly articulate the value of Brex.
- A high sense of urgency and adaptability in conversations.
Preferred:
- Experience in SaaS or B2B environments.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and/or ZoomInfo.
- Demonstrated ability to exceed impact and activity quotas.
