As a Remote Outbound Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients. Your responsibilities include making outbound calls to warm leads, following scripts while adapting conversations, pre-qualifying prospects, maintaining professionalism, capturing client information in CRM, and consistently meeting performance metrics.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 6 months of call center or outbound sales experience.
- Strong verbal communication skills and confident phone presence.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals.
- Self-disciplined and accountable in a remote work environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet, quiet workspace, and a quality headset.
Preferred:
- Comfortable with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
- Results-driven, resilient, and motivated to maximize earnings.
