Summary

Evergreen Goodwill of Northwest Washington is seeking an Outlet Retail Supervisor to join their team in Everett, WA. The role involves assisting the Outlet Retail Manager in the operation of the Outlet and maintaining optimal merchandise rotations.

About the Role

As an Outlet Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for scheduling and assigning employees, setting expectations, coaching, interviewing, and resolving workplace issues. You will prepare reports, promote productivity, maintain communication with the Store Manager, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will perform Sales Associate duties when needed and uphold safety practices in the workplace.

About You

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a retail environment.
Minimum 1-2 years supervisory experience.
Familiarity with time-keeping software.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Preferred:

Experience in a nonprofit organization.
Ability to learn new technology and software related to the job.
