RH is seeking an Outlet Store Leader to provide strategic and operational leadership across all aspects of the business in Brooklyn, NY. The role involves developing and empowering cross-functional teams to deliver extraordinary customer experiences.
About the Role
As an Outlet Store Leader, you will lead, coach, and inspire teams to create a positive, performance-driven culture. You will foster a People First environment, guide team member lifecycle decisions, ensure visual presentation aligns with brand standards, champion profit protection, identify business opportunities, and represent the RH brand with integrity.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in home furnishings.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Commitment to Quality with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
Preferred:
- Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to travel periodically, including extended trips as needed.
- Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule across all operational hours.
