About the Role
As an Outpatient Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for the oversight of clinical quality and service delivery across assigned outpatient programs. Your daily tasks will include delivering clinical supervision, consultation, and mentorship to clinical staff, collaborating with program leadership to ensure adherence to clinical standards, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also travel to various outpatient clinics to provide onsite support as needed.
About You
Required:
- Professional license required: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Education, or related human services field.
- Minimum of 3 years of mental health experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Ability and flexibility to travel to multiple outpatient clinic locations as needed.
Preferred:
- Credentialing with regional insurance companies preferred for outpatient opportunities.
