About the Role
As an Outpatient Telehealth Clinician, you will provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy via telehealth. Your responsibilities will include conducting intake assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, coordinating care with families and medical providers, maintaining documentation in an EHR system, and providing crisis intervention as necessary.
About You
Required:
- Licensed Clinician (LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC) in New York.
- Experience in providing therapy and managing a caseload.
Preferred:
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Experience with telehealth services.
