About the Role
As an Outpatient Group Facilitator, you will evaluate clients' mental and physical health, deliver daily group therapy sessions, document patient responses in the EMR system, and collaborate with the team to address patient needs. You will help clients develop necessary skills for recovery and identify behaviors that interfere with their progress.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload.
Preferred:
- Licensure: LADCII, CADC, LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, LICSW or LADC1.
- Knowledge of therapeutic modalities and services for substance use and co-occurring disorders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
