About the Role

As an Outpatient Integrated Behavioral Health Consultant, you will work closely with medical professionals, including PCPs and psychiatrists, to independently diagnose and treat patients using evidence-based psychosocial interventions such as CBT, motivational interviewing, and problem-solving. This position combines therapist and case manager duties in a dynamic, team-oriented environment, contributing to the rapidly expanding Integrated Behavioral Health Program.

About You

Required:

MSW (Social Work)
Minimum 2 years direct clinical experience delivering behavioral health care in a relevant setting.
LCSW (Required)
Competence with DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and treatment planning based on these conditions.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:

Prior formal training and experience in brief, structured counseling techniques (e.g. cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or Problem Solving Treatment (PST)).
Comfort with using clinical expertise in an independent manner.
