About the Role
As an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist, you will assess mental health functioning, diagnose, create and implement treatment plans, and provide excellent customer service for clients. You will collaborate with a dynamic team to improve access to quality mental health care and participate in community outreach efforts. The position also includes maintaining a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week and the opportunity to supervise other clinicians if fully licensed.
About You
Required:
- A master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
- Massachusetts clinical licensure (LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD, etc.) or be on the path to licensure.
- Experience with completing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems.
Preferred:
- Experience in community outreach and referral partnership development.
- Proficiency in other languages.
- Valant experience.
