About the Role
As an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating mental health diagnoses, creating and implementing treatment plans, and maintaining documentation according to company policy. You will collaborate with a dynamic team to fill gaps in community mental health care and utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve their goals. Full-time clinicians must maintain a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week and coordinate services with various stakeholders.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure.
- Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems.
Preferred:
- Clinical licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP, etc.) or being a resident under supervision.
- Experience with Valant Electronic Health Record system.
- Credentialed with insurance panels for fully licensed clinicians.
