About the Role
As an Outpatient Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, intervening, and evaluating care for assigned patients. You will collaborate with healthcare teams, educate patients and families, administer medications, and ensure the safe delivery of hemodialysis therapy. The position also includes leadership responsibilities, quality improvement activities, and participation in the Clinical Advancement Program.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current appropriate state licensure.
- Minimum of 2 years of Nephrology Nursing experience.
Preferred:
- Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.
- Experience in chronic/acute hemodialysis as a RN.
