About the Role
As an Outpatient Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, intervening, and evaluating care for assigned patients. You will collaborate with healthcare teams, educate patients and families, administer medications, and ensure the safe delivery of hemodialysis therapy. The position requires participation in quality improvement activities and may involve supervising other nursing staff.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current appropriate state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.
- Entry level for RNs with less than 2 years of Nephrology Nursing experience.
Preferred:
- Chronic/acute hemodialysis experience.
