- Bachelor's degree preferred or at least 3 years' clinical or rehab supervisory experience.
- Active license as a Physical Therapist (PT).
- Proven interpersonal, supervisory, and management skills.
- Knowledge of various funding sources and regulations as applied to brain injury rehab services.
- Competence in advanced practice clinical skills, including goals driven therapy and utilization management.
- Familiarity with computer functions and online HR services.
