About the Role
As an Outpatient Therapist, you will provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy via telehealth. Your responsibilities will include conducting intake assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, coordinating care with families and medical providers, maintaining documentation in an EHR system, and providing crisis intervention as necessary.
About You
Required:
- Independently licensed (LICSW) in NH
- Experience in providing therapy and managing a caseload
Preferred:
- Bilingual (Spanish) skills
- Experience with telehealth services
