About the Role
As an Outpatient Therapist, you will be responsible for providing psychotherapy, behavior therapy, and counseling services to patients and their families. Your duties will include conducting intake and diagnostic assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare providers. You will also be expected to maintain documentation as required and provide education and counseling to clients.
About You
Required:
- Candidates must be board certified or eligible and must be licensed in Massachusetts upon starting the position.
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
- LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, or Psychologist license required.
- Strong case conceptualization skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish a strong therapeutic working relationship with clients.
- Experience providing evaluation and evidence-based psychotherapy with a broad spectrum of clinical presentations.
