About You
- Current driver's license, insurance, reliable car, and a clean driving record.
- Strong crisis intervention and assessment skills.
- Extensive knowledge of Coachella Valley community resources.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good to excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- 2+ years of experience providing case management services.
- Degree in Sociology, Psychology, or a related field.
- Knowledge of motivational interviewing.
