About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field preferred.
- Experience in case management with victims of violence, trafficking, trauma, or substance abuse.
- Training or familiarity with trauma-informed care.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases and priorities.
- Self-directed, flexible, and able to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Valid driver's license and ability to maintain motor vehicle insurance.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, including possible overnight trips.
- Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling, including occasional evenings or weekends.
- Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.

CTF has served over 1,500 survivors of human trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation (CSE) – ages 2-70. CTF is a leading force in the fight against human trafficking in South Dakota, distinguished by our specialized expertise and comprehensive Continuum of Care Model. The scope of the problem demands coordinated, unified efforts among the government and non-government sectors, as well as the local communities. In addition, effective counter-trafficking work must collaborate across multiple areas of focus and expertise.
